Need for speed, endurance and Strength...

Look at this great website! If we want more speed, endurance and strength, check out how they break it up into the three fitness training categories and how to train in each one of them... (Aerobic, Anaerobic, Speed and Agility) What do you think on this? Can we use it?

  1. This is a nice idea for coaches to keep in touch. By use the blog, they can indicate which trainings are more effective for their group and work the teams up.
